a very loserish mid-autumn festival

as what jinyan pointed out in ther friendster comment.
at this time of last year, we were happily celebrating mid-autumn festival as a class.
it was hell lotsa fun.
this year, do you think i even notice and coming and going of it?
so NOT obvious.
yes i know this's england, it's about their culture and not mine.
but at least let chinatown be the one bustling with the festival's activities yes?
ahhh but no, still not happening.

shops in chinatown are selling mooncakes like they're illegal drugs.
shucks, make it big will you? it's a chinese tradition.
it's chinatown so what's up with the silent welcome and goodbye of the festival.
i so miss having the lanterns and candles. ):
it just came and went.
if there wasn't company of my mum, cousin and those new found friends.
i would've sat here sulking over this.

shucks it, give me back my mid-autumn festival.

photos coming up soon, aint in the room like 80% of the time.
classes officially start tomorrow.
timetable's a mess.
my timetable's full from 9am to 5pm everyday.
except for wednesday 10am to 5pm.
this is so not encouraging.
urghh.

by the way, jo, do cheer up okay?
we humans come and go, time is up and it's how nature goes.
i'm sure you're really sad over it.
everyone has to go through stuff like these but add oil for your studies and do your grandmama proud.
i'm sure she'd like that. (:
i'll be behind you all the way.
though i myself can't really cope with the living here right now.
we'll both add oil.
thrash her big time jo, she needs it.
